    Unexpected Room Upgrade Delight

    The cute staff made our arrival nice, and we were kinda surprised with an upgrade to a sea view room. The beach was a serene 200m stroll away, perfect for evening walks.

    The dining experience fell short with repetitive food options and long waits during peak hours. The cleanliness could improve, as I noticed dust under the beds and unwashed glasses at the bar.

    Excellent food, excellent swiming pools and slides, nice evening shows.

    rooms are average 3 start, not more; they never cleaned the room in 7 days of stay.

    The pools were clean and nice, perfect for the kids! And the mini club? Absolute hit for my little ones, they adored all the activities with Maria, the mini club lady!

    It wasn't exactly inexpensive, but for all we got, it was still worth it.

    We had renovated room, which looked OK. Comfort lobby area of the hotel.

    The food was terrible, big selection of food with bad taste. Elevators weren't functioning properly. The beach is far away, 10 minutes of walking.

    We had a blast at this family-friendly spot with great water slides and a well-kept kids pool that our little ones adored! The highlight for us was enjoying a relaxing massage at the spa after a long day of fun.     As a frequent traveler, I have to say this hotel is one of the best experiences I have ever had. the luxurious amenities provided here are exceptional, from the clean and classy rooms to the stunning outdoor swimming pools and the relaxing Spa & wellness center. the staff is always prompt and professional, ready to assist with any needs. the beach access is also a plus and provides a great area to explore. the live entertainment during the evening adds more charm to the already wonderful stay.

    The only minor issue was the inconsistency of the free Wi-Fi service. it did not ruin the experience.

    We had a great stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was excellent, with well-maintained facilities and tidy rooms. The location was convenient, with easy access to the beach which was just a short walk away. The staff were friendly and helpful, even though they didn't speak English well. The transportation options, including a private taxi from the airport, made our arrival hassle-free. The hotel also offered a variety of dinner options, including on the beach, a unique and enjoyable experience.

    Stayed in a hotel for New Year and it was a great start to the year. the key location was amazing, with beautiful scenery and great access to local attractions. the food was top-notch, with a great variety to choose from. I especially enjoyed the variety of desserts offered and the atmosphere in the dining area was fantastic.

    The room service was not up to par. the cleaning could have been better, and we had some issues with getting fresh towels.
